The first step in becoming a certified USSF Grassroots referee in Idaho is to complete the free online course. Once completed if you decide to continue you would then be eligible to register and complete the full grassroots course ($65), which includes a 4-hour in-person field session. The TTNFC administrators will coordinate with the area referee association to schedule the field training.
